We’re delighted to have helped data erasure specialist Blancco Technology Group PLC with shareholder documentation for its £175m Recommended Cash Offer by White Bidco Ltd, a vehicle of funds managed by US private equity firm Francisco Partners.
Founded in 1997, Blancco Technology provides data erasure software to enterprises, IT disposal vendors, and the mobile phone industry.
