On 8th April 2015 the Boards of Shell and BG announced the terms of a recommended cash and share offer to be made by Shell for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of BG Group plc.
We were delighted to have been selected by BG Group to produce its initial announcement shareholder documentation, including:
- 10,500 copies of the 2.7 Announcement (72 pages)
- 10,500 copies of the Press Announcement
- Almost 500,000 personalised copies of the ‘web default’ 2.12 Letter
- 10,500 copies of the Letter for (non-Ecomms) shareholders & indirect investors
