We're delighted to have helped AIM-listed Duke Capital Limited with its a successful upsized Placing of £17.2 million.
Duke, a leading provider of hybrid capital solutions for SME business owners in Europe and North America based in Guernsey, combines the best features of both equity and debt. Since 2017, the company has provided long-term financing which eliminates re-financing risk and necessity for a short-term exit by providing a 'corporate mortgage' while also aligning its returns to grow with the success of the business.
Funds raised from the Placing will be used to enhance value within Duke's portfolio through additional investment to support accretive near-term M&A opportunities by certain existing Capital Partners.
