We’re delighted to have helped with the £2.2bn acquisition of Keywords Studios by a fund indirectly owned by Swedish PE giant EQT Partners.
Based in Dublin and listed on the LSE, Keywords is a global creative and technology-enabled provider to the video games and entertainment industry. It has over 70 facilities across 26 countries and provides services to some of the biggest names in gaming and entertainment, including Activision Blizzard, Microsoft, Epic Games, Ubisoft, Konami and Electronic Arts. EQT invests in good companies across the world with a mission to help them develop into great and sustainable companies.
