iRoadshow helps Sirius Real Estate raise £150m for new opportunities pipeline

We're delighted that iRoadshow from Black&Callow has been chosen to help with Sirius Real Estate's £150m fundraising.

Sirius, a leading owner and operator of branded business parks, industrial complexes and out of town offices in Germany and the UK, will use the funds to execute a pipeline of acquisition opportunities. The fundraising was comprised of a Placing, a South African Placing and a Subscription.

There was strong demand from new and existing investors, real estate specialists and long-only accounts globally.
