We're very happy to have helped the Boards of both Henderson Opportunities Trust plc (HOT) and European Smaller Companies Trust plc (ESCT) in their responses to Saba Capital Management's requisitioned general meetings and proposed Resolutions.
If you’re a shareholder in either or both companies, their Boards unanimously recommend that you VOTE AGAINST ALL Resolutions in order to prevent Saba from taking control and acting against your interests. Please don’t abstain from voting: your voice matters.
