We're delighted to have helped Borders & Southern Petroleum plc with its oversubscribed £2.2m fundraising by way of a placing, subscription and retail offer.
Borders & Southern is a UK-based independent oil and gas exploration company with a major liquids rich discovery and an extensive prospect portfolio in the South Basin of the Falkland Islands.
Proceeds of the fundraising will be used to fund the company's Licence fees, Discovery Area fees, technical and commercial studies, general & administrative expenses and, more generally, to advance the Company's Darwin project towards appraisal of the Darwin discovery.
